It's Fall, a Season for Language!
It’s Fall My Favorite Season!
Savvy Moms, are you as excited about Fall as I am? Temperatures are cooling, the trees begin to change colors, and our community is more beautiful than ever. If you’re like me, you’re already thinking about Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas shopping, and how this year on New Year’s Eve, you’re going out instead of doing the count down at home and falling asleep before midnight! (A Mom can dream, right?)
But more importantly, you’re checking your accrued leave at work, thinking about holiday childcare for kiddos, and ways to maximize your time so that you can enjoy your family while getting everything that life demands done, AND holding on to your sanity during the holidays. Which is extremely important because if Mom’s not okay, you can’t take care of everyone else.
So, please know that Verbose is open and offering both French and Spanish Camps on Columbus Day October 14th, when kids are out but most parents are at work, also October 18th. We are of course open on Veteran’s Day November 11th in addition to the week of Thanksgiving when we will only be closed on that Thursday, when we hope families will be together sharing a fabulous meal.
We have an amazing Winter Camp over the two weeks of Winter break as well. Our goal is to be available when parents need care and two provide academic camps that introduce kiddos to language and culture like never before in Wichita, Kansas.
